If you have one of the below accounts with us and it accrued $10 or more in intrest/dividends, you will recieve an IRS form 1099 from us.
Statement/Business Savings, CD’s, Savings Club accounts, IRA’s, Roth’s, Diamond Money Fund accounts
>ACCESS: We will mail your 1099 to your address we have on file.

If you have a Mortgage product with us, including the Quick Equity product, and you have paid more than ($) in interest, you will recieve an IRS form 1098 from us.
ACCESS: We will mail your 1098 to your address we have on file.

Use the formula below and enter that as your Account # when filing. Your account number by itself is like your “member ID”. You’ll need to add a suffix in order for us to know which account to rout your refund to.
